1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through the store, including Robux, game passes, skins, and similar digital items.
2. When a refund may be approved
Refunds may be approved when delivery did not occur, payment was duplicated, or the order could not be fulfilled.
- Duplicate charge for the same order.
- Order canceled by store before delivery.
- Verified payment succeeded but item delivery failed after support review.
3. Non-refundable situations
Because products are digital, completed and correctly delivered orders are generally non-refundable.
- Delivered items accepted by customer account.
- Incorrect customer-provided Roblox username/ID causing failed delivery.
- Requests made after abusive behavior, fraud indicators, or policy violations.
4. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket and include the order number and issue details.
The support team may request additional verification before making a decision.
- Provide your order ID and payment reference.
- Describe what happened and when.
- Attach relevant screenshots when possible.
5. Review and processing time
Refund requests are reviewed in queue order unless escalated for risk/compliance checks.
If approved, processing time depends on the payment provider and banking network.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you open a chargeback without contacting support first, your account can be restricted while the dispute is investigated.
Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to permanent account restrictions.
